5G network provider

We increased our team size by 300% to ensure a smooth transition from 4G to 5G for our customers. We made over 50,000 outbound calls and provided them with help in replacing their old hardware, configuring the settings, understanding the benefits of the 5G network, and updating their billing. To keep our SLA and C-sat rate on target, we adapted our verbal script which decreased the AHT and helped us to maintain the SLA and budget. An outbound call campaign was launched which reduced the inbound calls and kept the SLA and C-sat rate. We split the customer support line into two levels: Level 1 and Level 2. Level 1 was built with newbies who were able to handle basic queries while Level 2 had experienced agents who could provide technical assistance and support agents in Level 1. Also, we launched Social Media support line and as a result the number of customer requests have decreased. .
